I posted the last chapter of The Familiars on my webpage. It’s the only YA I’ll probably ever write. I hope you enjoyed it, and any comments are welcome.
There’s only one more chapter to finish The Familiars–a long one. This is the build up to the big, final showdown. Hope you’ve enjoyed the story so far!
Zoey meets Cordelia. Hope you enjoy!
Ester and Ezekial’s church is gearing up, and the town of Prosperity is taking sides, but Zoey and Hannah get a surprise visitor. Prosperity actually could lift its curse and start fresh…if it wants to. http://www.judithpostswritingmusings.com/chapters-17–18.html
I’m going to start posting chapters faster, or we’ll be into the holidays before we finish this book. I don’t want to pester you with a message every time a chapter goes up, so I’ll only mention them occasionally. But if you want to keep up with the story, you might want to check my webpage more often. For this chapter, Zoey learns the truth. And it’s ugly.
Zoey’s familiar comes for her–a black cat, of course. I had one for 20 years–yup, Pywackett had a long life. Loved that beast. Ink has an attitude, too, and he’ll lead Zoey to the circle of thirteen, dead trees.
Since this is a book, not a novella, I decided to load a new chapter more often than once a week, or it will take FOREVER before we reach The End. So, here’s chapter 2. Hope you like it. http://www.judithpostswritingmusings.com/
